Yesterday and today were both well spent.
BBQ @ Reimin's place was great! The food we prepared was sufficient. Neither too much nor little.bReimin's place is very conducive for BBQ because she has good facilities. Her parents were also very friendly.
Kok Siong and Wei Liang are the super dedicated loggers, they'll never leave their gantry. Haha. Yuan Jing, that tiong had to leave early. We had fun trying to make her stay. And JJ that crappy guy whole night duno what hes doing. He'll cross his legs and swirl a glass of urine lookalike kinda water and trying to act class but it was a big failure. It only accentuates his gay-ness=P
The rest of the night was spent by taking loads and loads of pictures. Then we celebrated Hui Ming's and Kok Siong's belated Bdays.
Some of us stayed over for movies. We watched 3 movies in a night sia. Aveline was damn funny lah. Her reactions throughout the movies only made us laugh.
I left early this morning for piano. Thank god Douglas gave me a lift there, if not I sure late. Thanks Doug!
Went home after piano. Had lunch with Joan then we went to Kovan to collect her specs. Shun bian I can go for a hair cut as well. So finally, my hair is cut!
Headed home and met Sishan so that we can head off to the Airport to send the Laos gang off. Finally got to see Wei Ling's sister. Her sister can pass off as a college student lor. Lol. Poor Weihan, before going Laos kenna fever.
After sending them off, we had dinner @ HK cafe @ Siglap. Food was good! After that we all headed home respectively.
Many thanks to Mike and Yong Han for the tutorial. Haha, don't worry you guys didn't waste saliva because I learnt something. In the past even though I understand why they choose to do things in some particular way, I've never really agreed with their methods. After becoming a Year 2 myself I think I'm begining to match Mike's and Yong Han's frequency. Oh no, I'm ageing!
I begin to realize that the more you ask, the more you learn. It is not a dependence on others. I look at it this way. The people around are like an encyclopaedia. Each of them have a wealth of knowledge waiting for learners to come to explore. Its like writing a research paper. You explore different books, different resources before writing to your own answer. Of course there will be no tutor or whatsoever to tell you the correct direction. In fact, nothing is absolute. You make the findings, you come to your own conclusion. It may not be perfect, but at least you have explored every possible alternative, you minimize the imperfections.
Alright, I'm going to sleep to digest the information.
