I woke up 2 hours into my sleep to the commotion in the living room. After a night of thunder and rain, the cool morning air brought a spirit of december, I was so reluctant to leave slumberland. But... the commotion sounded exciting... Haha, so curosity got the better of me and I pulled myself outta bed unlike the normal rational behaviour.

I was greeted by Santa Claus, who flew down from his ululand to bring us presents!

I only casually mentioned that the sister spoilt her old laptop and Santa went to buy her a Sony Vaio! And just like any other old man, Santa thinks that the bigger the thing the better it is. The Vaio has a 17 inch screen. Haha. The sister looked stunned but happy with her gift.

The mother was happier because Santa brought us a lot a lot of nuts. The kind that chipmunks hide in their trees and logs over winter.

I've always refused to eat this stuff because it smells and look like hamster food.

He brought a Teva for each of us. Adding on to the collection at home. Hey Santa, we only have a pair of feet each.

My mother was very excited.

Mother: Eh, you see, you see, this shoe very hip leh, look like cocks.
Father: Yah lor, yah lor, even more hip than cocks ar!
Daughter: Simi cocks???
Mother: Cocks lah
Father: Yah lor, cocks so famous you duno ar??

Machiam like I very noob likedat. Eventually we realized they were talking about Crocs...

So this is how the 'Cocks' look like:

Mother: Wah, nice nice, I can wear this in the toilet leh!
Daughters: *Speechless*

With his protruding belly and suitcase full of surprises, my dad really look like Santa Claus. We went out for breakfast and did touch on some sombre topics.

Sister: So Jean, what are you going to do in future?
Me: I duno leh... aiya, see how lor...
Sister: Hah, you final year already leh
Me: Hello, 本小姐 year 2 only leh...
Sister: Oh, really?

Damn sad leh... Everywhere I go pple thinks that I'm either a year 3 or 4. I got look so old meh? I still have 10days to proudly announce that I'm 19!

Dad has an agreement with my elder sister. For an hour spent at the gym, he'll pay her 10bucks. Wah 10 bucks leh! So Mum asks if I wanna sign the same agreement. I explained that my dad will prob go broke if he signs that agreement with me. Hehehe... Anyway dad gave me a pass for my physique. Yeah!

I'm in such a christmasy mood.

Song of the day:

Wake me up when September ends
Greenday
Summer has come and passed
The innocent can never last
Wake me up when September ends

Like my fathers come to pass
Seven years has gone so fast
Wake me up when September ends

Here comes the rain again
Falling from the stars
Drenched in my pain again
Becoming who we are

As my memory rests
But never forgets what I lost
Wake me up when September ends

Summer has come and passed
The innocent can never last
Wake me up when September ends

Ring out the bells again
Like we did when spring began
Wake me up when September ends

Here comes the rain again
Falling from the stars
Drenched in my pain again
Becoming who we are

As my memory rests
But never forgets what I lost
Wake me up when September ends

Summer has come and passed
The innocent can never last
Wake me up when September ends

Like my father's come to pass
Twenty years has gone so fast
Wake me up when September ends
Wake me up when September ends
Wake me up when September ends
