It finally ended of with a bigger bang!



FOOT 2008 was the blood and sweat of the entire 8th FOOT comm, CGLs, GLs, SAs and Freshies.

For the 8th FOOT comm, there were so much that the comm went through together. The comm especially the SPOs Mike and Wei Ling had faced a very difficult time due to the overseas location and major budget issues. From the failure of the 7th, the 8th was under a lot of pressure to perform. However, everytime we run into an issue, be it the setting of FOOT dates, or any small or big problems we faced, we stuck together as a comm to give one another every support we could. I am really honoured to be part of this comm. And I believe that everyone of us, no matter how minor our role may seem, is indispensable from this 8th FOOT comm. Because it is the presence of every single member who made this comm so special, so memorable.

FOOT has taught me a lot. For one, it took me 1 entire year to fully appreciate and absorb the true objective of FOOT. My treking has improved, fitness level is no longer as chui as before. I think one of my greatest achievement is being able to be a lead cyclist for Alya during the Night Cycling. And that, I have to thank Mike, Wei Ling Yong Han and Jing Chu for giving me that opportunity. Seniors like Chye Kiat, Denis, Munir, Yong Han has given me a lot of input. Be it with regards to Night Cycling, safety, budgeting issues or any other random talk. They have taught me a lot. The Programmars and Logs have also helped me a lot in cutting budget. I know I can always trust them not to overspend. Not to forget SWT, especially Jasmine and Liping who always hear me complain, talk cock and tahan my nonsense.
