Yeah, it took me only 2 hours to set up this desktop which I am using now. As much I've tried to minimize the din I've made whilst ransacking the storeroom and bomb shelter. I suspect I may probably have disturb the mother who is in her slumberland. Thats one excuse to nag at me in the morning tml. Another one for setting up this desktop right in the middle of her newly packed and tided dining table. Haha...

I found so much rubbish in the storeroom I'm surprised I didn't see any roaches or rodents. There is so much stuff inside I even found my sister's Osprey burried in a mass of boxes and old mouldy bags. Who the hell treats a 300 dollar Osprey likedat!!! So I dug it out and placed the backpack in a more dignified manner. My 70 dollar backpack even has aircon to enjoy leh. My possessions are so fortunate to be mine.

I wanted to put the desktop in an empty corner of the living room initially so that everyone could use. Then I realised that the CPU doesn't come with wireless (I thought they do). So it occured to me that maybe I needed to connect it to the modem (I'm super noob). Then the modem was on the other side so I had no choice but to put it on the dinning table.

Actually I didn't know my dad had installed everything in this PC before he went back to ulu Dubai. So I didn't need to do much to get this started. So appreciate his efforts. For buying this thing, bring it back from the ulu desert, and installing it for me!

It feels so much more comfortable to use a desktop. Firstly because radiation is minimised; I can feel it. Secondly, unlike the laptop, I don't feel the heat coming from the key board. Why? I sould have took the time to set this up much earlier.

I'm feeling accomplished. For being able to sleep in, watching 4.25 hours straight of HK serial, driving well (only stalled twice, mount kerb once, kissed a pole, almost ram into a car but didn't) and lastly, succedded in setting this thing up!

Fantastic way to end an otherwise unhappy week.

Oh, I almost forgot I met up with my ex HR executive, Jiabao. Shes coming back to Singapore for good to finish her private degree. Quite glad that things between Ali and her are taking a turn for good. She bought me this Dark Chocolate Fererro Rocher from US which is not out in Singapore yet. Wanted to upload a picture but my bluetooth is in hall, so will do it tml if I don't get lazy. It taste really nice. I like the wrapping especially. the brozey browny wrapper. But too bad its a bit 'lou feng' already if not I think it would have tasted much better. But I like it all the same.

There is work tml, then I will have to return to hall to do up the remaining tutorials. Loads of work to be done, shouldn't have skipped friday's monetary lecture. Now I have extra to catch up with.
