Its amazing I can actually stay put at home on my off day. One of the rare occasions. So I decided to get down to really throwing away my stuff. Not the usually packing only. The only problem is I can't find boxes or drawers to store my stuff. My room is just shelves and shelves of books.

While packing, I decided to play some music to ease the quietness. Considering that I've never taken teAcher Christina's advice which also means nagging to listen to more classical music, I inserted my still looking very new grade 8 piano pieces into the CD player. After 5 min I already ta bo leh tahan. Searched for some decent music and I realised my whole collection of burned Jay Chou's CDs were in outlet. Resigned to fate, I put back on the classical music. Lying on my shelve is at least 20 pieces of Mozart, Bach and Chopin and blah blah yet never entered my Hi-Fi ever once. I'm afraid I have to admit I hate listenin to classical music.

Im still in the midst of seprarting the 'should throws' and 'should not throws'. Its quite a difficult task. I can't bear to throw my lecture notes away. Not that I have strong feelings for my notes but they took every painstaking effort to copy, not to mention the money spent on photocopying.

Many have drawings here and there. All thanks to my M family. Flipping throw the notes, there are stuff like "Jean is sleeping", "HARD GAY!", "FAGGOT!!" blah blah. There are much more interesting ones. Like, "I really hate econs" stamped on the front cover of my econs lecture notes. Ironically, I ended up getting an A and is probably going to do econs in Uni. Funny how things turn out.

The notes brought back wonderful memories. There are the remarks. Like, "good attempt" or "Well done". Not mentioning the negative ones. And also, the joy and disappointment in receiving every marked assignment. I can't believe I'm going to throw away 2 years worth of notes, exercises and exam papers which were part of my 2 years in college. Its like throwing away all the effort put in, the bittersweet memories.

I think I'm quite mad to have feelings for pieces of papers. Its unlikely that these pieces of papers will be here to stay. The pieces of papers will go, but the memories will always be etched in my mind.
